This is a "Voodoo Child" like line. Still drawing from the blues scale, there are two really subtle 1-fret bends that really make the lick. In each case, we bend from the A up to the blue note (Bb) and in the latter case, release it back down to A. The chords and chucks in the second half of measure 3 put the exclamation point on this nice bluesy idea.
