Now, we'll do the same thing as page 1, but we'll use an ascending pattern instead. We find our low A, and play 4 ascending notes. Then we find our next highest note from the low A, which a C and we play four ascending notes, and so on. We again start the example on the offbeat to create more rhythmic interest than if we started it on the beat.
