So, with all these things in mind, here's another chorus of the C-F progression that was shown on page 1. Note in this example how the chord is always established in the first measure, and then embellished in the one that follows. Can you pick out some of the elements that were covered in this lesson, like the triplet feel, the use of the major pentatonics, and position switching? Spend a little bit of time with these concepts, and soon, they'll be a part of your playing.
