These bars are a sort of settling down of the solo -- we've already been through the real eruption of energy. In bar 10-11, you're basically moving down the neck of the guitar playing A7-Ab7-E (on the top two strings only, except for thumb bass) two times. A7 Ab7 E In bar 12-13, you're playing E7-E6-E on the top two strings two times. E7 E6 E In the actual solo, Lightnin' twangs pretty hard on the two open high strings when he plays the E at the end of each of these 4 moves, which gives a down-and-dirty touch to these simple licks.
